The BT DEI Fist Bump: The Power of DEI. The Power of Humanity. Humanity doesn’t advance because we’re all the same. We advance when our differences become our collective strength. Like the fingers of a fist, each remains distinct—but together, they become more powerful. The fist bump adds another dimension. It is not a symbol of one person overpowering another—it is a gesture of mutual recognition. Two people meet as equals, connect, and acknowledge one another. Diversity brings us together. Equity empowers us. Inclusion moves us forward. Different identities. One humanity. One powerful fist bump forward.
