Bolthinkin.com stands behind all its products.  As part of our commitment to quality service, we do accept exchanges only on products consisting of material or workmanship flaws. In the event that you do have a Boldthinkin.com product with a material or workmanship flaw, please return it to the address provided within thirty days of the purchases date.

Products returned to Boldthinkin.com must be accompanied by a copy of your original receipt.  The receipt must clearly display the date of purchase, product name/style and purchase price.  Your request will be processed within 7-10 business days from date received.  No exchanges due to size/fit or style selection problems.  All featured items are sold as is.  For questions on returns please call (517) 894-6289 or email boldthinkin@gmail.com.
