EARNED. NOT GIVEN: My Struggle. My Sacrifice. My Achievement. THINK DEI GOT ME HERE? CHECK THE BLISTERS ON MY HANDS AND FEET. You see the achievement(s). You didn't witness the journey. You question my qualifications. But you never questioned the sacrifices it took to earn them. DON'T MISTAKE EQUAL OPPORTUNITY FOR UNEARNED ACHIEVEMENT. DEI doesn't replace qualifications or guarantee results. It challenges unfair barriers that prevent qualified people from getting a fair chance. DEI DIDN'T DO THE WORK. I DID. I put in the hours. I endured the setbacks. I made the sacrifices. REMOVING BARRIERS DOESN'T REMOVE MERIT. The opportunity may open a door. But the qualifications, discipline, and determination are what carry you through it. THE DIRT IS REAL. THE BLISTERS ARE REAL. THE SACRIFICES WERE REAL. AND THE ACHIEVEMENT IS MINE.

WHO SHOULD WEAR IT & WHERE? For professionals, entrepreneurs, students, veterans, trailblazers, equality advocates, and BOLDTHINKERS whose accomplishments deserve recognition—not suspicion. Wear it at workplaces, campuses, conferences, community gatherings, and anywhere hard work deserves respect. STOP ASSUMING MY IDENTITY EXPLAINS MY ACHIEVEMENTS. START RECOGNIZING THE MERIT YOU'VE CHOSEN TO OVERLOOK. YOU DIDN'T WALK MY MILES. YOU DIDN'T EARN MY BLISTERS. AND YOU DON'T GET TO DISCOUNT MY JOURNEY. I EARNED EVERY STEP. EARNED. NOT GIVEN.
